The City of Grande Prairie is informing motorists that normal traffic flow has resumed on 132 Avenue (Highway 670) between 97B Street and 99 Street. While the main traffic disruptions have been cleared, motorists are advised that minor traffic disruptions will occur while paving operations are completed.

During the paving process, the following will apply:

• Minor disruptions may involve short-term lane closures or traffic pattern adjustments.
• All road users are asked to follow posted signs and exercise caution when travelling through the construction area.

These paving operations are part of the final stages of repair work necessitated by the accidental damage to an Aquatera water main by a CN contractor earlier this month. The City appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation as these essential repairs are completed.
