New check-in process at Eastlink Centre fitness centre

New check-in process at Eastlink Centre fitness centre

The Eastlink Centre is implementing a new check-in process at the fitness centre starting on Thursday, October 10.

Glass doors at the fitness centre entrance will now stay closed and visitors can self-check-in.

To check in during your next visit:

Eastlink Centre members and Grande Access pass holders

  • Members and pass holders can check themselves in by scanning their membership card at the second-level fitness centre glass door entrance.
  • If you forget your membership card, check-in at the west guest experience desk, located on the first floor near aquatics.

Punch pass users

  • Punch pass users can check themselves in by scanning their pass at the second-level fitness centre glass door entrance.
  • Only scan punch passes once per person each day as each scan counts towards punches.
  • If you leave the fitness centre to use the south concourse, attend a fitness class or use another amenity and intend on returning to the fitness centre or changerooms later that day, speak to an Eastlink Centre team member before leaving about letting you back into the fitness centre.

Drop-in fitness users

  • Check-in at the west guest experience desk, located on the first floor near aquatics.
  • If you leave the fitness centre to use the south concourse, attend a fitness class or use another amenity, speak to the Eastlink Centre team member before leaving about letting you back into the fitness centre.

For more information about this new process, please visit the membership page here.

The new process is being implemented so staff can be on the floor providing more opportunities for hands-on guest support through education, information and monitoring.

The City thanks visitors for their understanding during this transition and looks forward to launching this new process to improve visitor experience.
