The City of Grande Prairie is hosting its annual food truck inspection day on April 29.

Operators must schedule an appointment in advance to participate in this one-day inspection event. Complimentary inspections are provided to ensure all units meet requirements under the Safety Codes Act, as well as Alberta Health Services and Fire Department standards.

Operators who are unable to attend on April 29 are still required to contact Development Services – Inspections Division to arrange an inspection.

Once all inspections are successfully completed, a business licence will be issued, and operators will be approved to open for the season.
