Preparing for Your Clearing Day
Moving vehicles off the road before crews begin work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. helps ensure streets are cleared fully and safely. During your assigned week, your clearing day falls on the weekday before your regular garbage day.
Clear streets at the start of the work window help crews access narrow roads and complete full passes.
Residents can also check the residential snow clearing map at cityofgp.com/snow for real time tracking that shows which neighbourhoods have been completed and which areas crews are working in.
