The City of Grande Prairie has released the unofficial results of the 2025 Municipal Election following the close of polls and the counting of all ballots from voting stations across the city.
In accordance with the Local Authorities Election Act, results are considered unofficial until the fourth day following the election to allow for ballot reviews and validation of all voting station returns.
The following individuals have been elected to serve as City Councillors for the 2025–2029 term (listed alphabetically):
- AUGER, Leonard (3,266 votes)
- BERG, Grant (4,671 votes)
- BRESSEY, Dylan (4,196 votes)
- FLACH, Jena (3,253 votes)
- O’CONNOR, Mike (2,740 votes)
- O’TOOLE, Kevin (2,803 votes)
- PILAT, Wade (3,014 votes)
- THIESSEN, Chris (2,727 votes)
Results remain unofficial until confirmed by the Returning Officer on Friday, October 24, 2025, in accordance with the Local Authorities Election Act.
Results for the Public and Separate School Board Trustees will be posted to the City’s website at cityofgp.com/election once available.
