The City of Grande Prairie is offering free transit on Election Day, Monday, October 20, to help residents move around the community and polling stations.

Free fares apply to all City transit services, including On-Demand and Late-Night On-Demand for all users, and Grande Prairie Accessible Transit (GPAT) for registered riders. Regular routes and schedules will continue as usual, with no service disruptions.

Free service ensures everyone can travel freely across the city on Election Day while maintaining regular transit operations for all riders.

Polls are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, October 20. Voters must be in line by 8 p.m. to cast their ballot. To find your voting location, visit cityofgp.com/election.
