The City of Grande Prairie is expanding its On-Demand Transit service to include the Copperwood neighbourhood starting June 1, adding three new on-demand stops.

On-Demand Transit is part of the City’s Community Bus Services, which provide convenient and accessible transit options to meet a variety of community needs.

On-Demand Transit lets riders book trips up to three days in advance, or on the same day if scheduled at least 30 minutes before travel. For stop locations and booking details, visit cityofgp.com/ride.

“We’re pleased to expand On-Demand Transit into Copperwood, increasing access to transportation that helps residents stay connected to the places and services that matter most,” said City of Grande Prairie Mayor, Jackie Clayton. “Enhancing mobility supports quality of life in Grande Prairie and reflects our commitment to building an inclusive and caring community.”

The service operates seven days a week and is available to all residents.
