Sadie Macklin presented to Council with a proposal to encourage increased ridership on GP Transit. Council directed Administration to bring a report back to the appropriate Standing Committee regarding potential free transit days and a public awareness campaign.
Theresa McNeil presented to Council about fluoride. Jody Dryer presented to Council to discuss engagement strategies for the City. Council received both delegation reports for information.

Declaration of Insufficiency of Petition
Council received the Declaration of Insufficiency of Petition for information. The petition was received from residents to “avoid any measures involving removal or harm to the bunnies.”
AB Munis Resolution
Council approved the seconding of the Village of Hussar's Midwifery resolution. The Midwifery resolution seeks to expand the midwife base in Alberta and urge the Province to make the midwifery profession more accessible to help address the frontline shortage. The resolution aims to bring more education and awareness about midwifery to all Albertans as an option of care within our healthcare system.

Residents from the Pinnacle neighbourhood spoke to Council for and against the proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment C-1260-199.
Council defeated first reading to Bylaw C-1260-199, being an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw.
