Records Management System Selection and Implementation

Council approved the Grande Prairie Police Service to enter into a 10-year contract with Axon for the Records Management System (RMS) as well as the transfer of $643,363.25 from the RMS Capital funding to the GPPS 2026 Operating Budget.

Grande Prairie Public Library Board Appointment

Council appointed Councillor Brian Peterson as the County of Grande Prairie representative for the Grande Prairie Public Library Board, for a term ending October 19, 2026.

Q3 2025 Financial Report

Council received the unaudited financial statements and supporting information for the period ending September 30, 2025, for information.

Proposal to Establish the Housing & Homelessness Advisory Committee (formerly CABH) as a Committee of Council

Council directed Administration to bring forward an amendment to Bylaw C-1422, to establish the Housing & Homelessness Advisory Committee as a Committee of Council with consultation from current CABH members.
