(Grande Prairie, Alta. – February 11, 2026) – Award-nominated leadership strategist and speaker Debra Kasowski is joining the 2026 Women of Influence Awards presented by Peace Diagnostic Imaging as this year’s keynote speaker.

Kasowski’s keynote focuses on influence as something lived, not labelled. Drawing from her own leadership journey, she speaks to the power of showing up with purpose, even in ordinary moments, and the impact that can follow when leadership is grounded in service, rather than title. Through her experiences, she encourages audiences to recognize their own role in shaping workplaces and communities, leaving with a renewed sense of confidence and possibility rooted in the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, #GiveToGain.

A two-time TEDx speaker, three-time bestselling author and host of The Millionaire Woman Show podcast, Kasowski brings decades of leadership experience to the stage. With more than 30 years in healthcare leadership and over a decade as a credentialed executive coach, she is known for delivering keynotes grounded in authenticity, insight and lived experience.
