Services have been restored, and the City's programs and recreation payment system is now operating as usual. The City thanks residents for their patience during the disruption.

The City of Grande Prairie is currently experiencing a service disruption with its programs and recreation payment system.

During this disruption, program registrations, recreation bookings, membership sales and other payment-based services are temporarily unavailable online, by phone or in person. Debit and credit card transactions are also unavailable in person at all City facilities.

Residents can continue to reload transit passes, pay parking tickets, apply for firepit permits and renew animal licences online.

The City is working to resolve the issue and appreciates residents' patience. An update will be provided once services are restored.
