Storm Drainage System Connection Permits must be obtained prior to construction for Storm Drainage System Connections on City property (connections to stubs on private land are governed by development agreements or lot grading permits and do not require a separate Storm Drainage System Connection Permit.

While permit requests are processed within three business days - this would only occur for simple connections or connections pre-approved through the Lot Grading or Development Engineering (servicing agreement or other development agreement) process
Additional Information
- Detailed engineering drawings and site plan must be submitted with completed application form.
- Please review the Construction Manual for storm connection details.
- Additional securities, as determined from the Security Requirements for Work Within the Right-of-Ways, will be required.
- Include any City approved Lot Grading Plan with application.
