A section of trail in the Mission Estates area between 71 Avenue and 79 Avenue will temporarily close October 5 while crews complete storm line installation as part of the ongoing Mission Estates storm rehabilitation project.

The closure is expected to last approximately four to six hours. Signs and fencing will be in place, with trail users directed around the closed section before reaching the work area.

Once the storm line is installed, the trail will reopen with a temporary gravel surface until final paving is completed.

Trail users are asked to follow posted signage and remain outside fenced construction areas.
