Alberta Board Members Essentials program

Alberta Board Member Essentials (ABME) is a multi-part training program that combines online learning with live workshops to give new and developing board members the tools to successfully serve on a nonprofit board. ABME is for prospective, new and developing board members. The full program consists of three on-demand courses and three live virtual sessions.

• Nov. 18 (virtual) from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Nov. 24 (in-person at the Grande Prairie Museum Community Room) from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Nov. 25 (in-person at the Grande Prairie Museum Community Room) from 8:30 a.m. to noon

Additional information

The full program consists of three on-demand courses and three live virtual sessions. On-demand sessions take, on average, three hours each and are to be completed on the participant’s own time leading up to the live sessions. Access to the on-demand sessions will be available immediately upon registration.
