88 Street from 132 Avenue to Lakeland Drive will be closed from August 16 to 24.

The contractor informed the City that this project is anticipated to start later in the construction season due to material delays.

Original Press Release | August 8, 2022:

Starting today, August 8, 88 Street from 132 Avenue to Lakeland Drive will be closed until August 10. 

The work planned for this area consists of replacing an existing storm pipe and catch basin that is in poor condition and completing the tie-in for the new Kingsgate Landing Development.

Traffic will be detoured at 92 Street. Drivers are reminded to watch for workers in all construction areas and to pay attention to all posted signage.
