Registration for the 2023 Eastlink Centre Triathlon closes on Sunday, July 2, 2023 for various event categories from Try-A-Tri, Sprint, Team Relay, Special Olympics Team and Kids of Steel options for youth under age 16.

This year’s Eastlink Centre Triathlon takes place on Sunday, July 9. Participants receive some great perks for entering, including:

• A free carb load dinner for athletes on Saturday, July 8 sponsored by Red Rock Urban BBQ to prepare for the triathlon.
• Free bike safety check and special offers from Ernie’s Sporting Goods for the week before the triathlon.
• Race t-shirt, commemorative cup and branded backpack.
• Finisher medal.
• Prize packs for the winner of each Eastlink Centre Triathlon category.

Thanks to generous sponsors, there are still free Kids of Steel spots available for youth under the age of 16 to join the triathlon.

Volunteer Opportunities

The City is seeking volunteers to support a variety of event day duties at the triathlon. Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and start the day with a free breakfast.
