Permits

A demolition permit is required to demolish a structure over 108 square feet.

Step 1: Apply

A complete application form with all listed signatures is required along with a paid application fee.

Residential demolition permit, Commercial demolition permit: $165.

Fee Update Notice

Fees and rates will be updated effective January 1, 2026.

Some forms may not reflect the new fees.

Step 2: Approval

Once a complete application is received, all permits will be issued within 2- 5 business days.

Please ensure you review the permit conditions issued with your permit. 

Step 3: Demolish

You may begin demolition once the permit has been issued.
