The Grande Prairie cemetery is a place of remembrance that welcomes people of every culture, religion, and tradition. We are committed to caring for families and loved ones, now and always. Beyond honouring those we’ve lost, we invite you to walk the grounds, enjoy the natural surroundings, or explore local history.
Seasonal Care
Spring cleanup and removal of out of season items starts in April as soon as the snow allows. Out of season items are usually removed two weeks after the holiday or celebration.
Landscaping and seeding of graves starts in May and continues throughout the summer.
If you wish to install a monument in the cemetery, please complete a monument permit and submit it to AccessGP, along with the applicable fee.
