Establishment

The City of Grande Prairie's Community Advisory Committee was established to function as a Committee of Council and is guided by the Boards and Committees Bylaw C-1422.

Mandate

To advise the City on significant recreation and cultural projects, ongoing engagement activities, beautification, community pride and events.

Membership

Membership to include eleven (11) Public Members appointed by Council. Administration will act in an advisory role to the Committee.

Term

As set out in the Boards and Committees Bylaw C-1422.

Remuneration

NIL. This is a volunteer position.
