An opportunity to lease nearly 7,000 square feet of multi-functional space is now available at the Dave Barr Community Centre.

The lease space was previously used as a daycare facility and could be transformed to meet various other needs. The space spans across two floors at Dave Barr and includes:

• Four washroom facilities
• Two kitchenettes each with a sink, microwave and cabinets
• One full kitchen with a sink, stove, oven, microwave and cabinets
• Two smaller furnished offices
• Two large furnished rooms
• Parking stalls

Expressions of interest for the leased space are being accepted until Tuesday, February 8 at 2:00 p.m.

The City of Grande Prairie is accepting proposals for suggested lease rates for either a per-square-foot rate or a flat fee above the City’s minimum rate. For submissions based on square footage, please use approximately 6,868 square feet as a gauge.
