The City of Grande Prairie invites residents to attend a Transit Services open house on October 21, 2024, to share their experiences and feedback regarding Grande Prairie transit.

The event is open to all community members and will take place at Teresa Sargent Hall in the Montrose Cultural Centre (9839 103 Ave, Grande Prairie). Residents are encouraged to drop in between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. or 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. to speak with City Administration and offer their thoughts on service levels, fare options, safety, amenities and offer suggestions for routes and schedules.

“Gathering feedback on transit services is crucial to understanding the needs and preferences of our community,” says City of Grande Prairie Mayor, Jackie Clayton. “By listening to both transit and non-transit riders, we can make informed improvements that will enhance the overall experience and better serve Grande Prairie residents."

Online Survey

A survey is also available online and is open until October 27 at engage.cityofgp.com/transit. Both transit and non-transit users are encouraged to share their input to help shape future improvements, optimize routes and enhance the overall transit experience for the community.
