County/City Cost-Sharing Agreement Mediation Protocols

Council endorsed the 2024 Recreation and Culture Cost Sharing Committee Mediation Protocols

Emergency Community Group Funding

Council approved Emergency Community Group Funding in the amount of $16,000 to the Cairn Housing Society, from the Future Expenditures Reserve.

Council also approved funding in the amount of $8,000 to the Cairn Housing Society from Council's Strategic Initiatives Fund, for food scarcity.

Council directed Administration to bring back information from the Food Security Committee, as well as other food security agencies within the City.

Barrier Free Grant (Policy 356)

Council approved amendments to Policy 356 as presented, increasing the Barrier Free Grant maximum from $10,000 to $20,000 and Council amended the Policy to have this grant expire on March 31, 2025.
