Rick Murray presented an update for Ducks Unlimited Canada’s Boreal Wetland Centre. The building had an open house, infrastructure improvements as well as various events and activities to improve community awareness. Council accepted the presentation as information.

Reports

Council approved the sale of 11007 106 Street to Rising Above Ministries for $1, subject to conditions of the Offer of Purchase and rescinded the motion to extend the existing lease with Rising Above Ministries at that property for an additional 32 years.

Council received the Youth Advisory Council 2023 Annual Report for information.

Committee Business

Council referred the Infrastructure Upgrades at Borstad Hill/Ernie Radbourne Pavilion to 2025 budget deliberations.

Council gave three readings to Bylaw C-1282A, being an amendment to the Transit System Bylaw.
