CANA Energy Ltd. will be continuing upgrades on traffic signals along 108 Street this week. The signals that will be impacted are located at:

  • 108 Street and 76 Avenue (Entrance to the Pinnacle and Mission Heights neighbourhoods)
  • 108 Street and 84 Avenue (No Frills)

The signals at these locations are scheduled to go dark, starting at 7:00 p.m., for roughly two and a half hours, on Thursday, December 12 and Friday, December 13 respectively.

North and southbound traffic will be down to one lane traffic and motorists are urged to use caution in all construction zones and to abide all posted speed limit signs. Flaggers will be on-site to guide traffic.

In addition, the traffic signals at 100 Street and 94 Avenue are scheduled for an outage during daylight hours, approximately 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., as crews switch the lights over to the new signals. It is expected this work will occur early next week.
