The City of Grande Prairie is currently seeking exhibitors for the Youth Career Discovery Expo 2025, taking place on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Bonnetts Energy Centre.

This exciting, hands-on event provides teens and young adults aged 14 to 30 with a unique opportunity to explore diverse career paths, discover educational opportunities and unlock their full potential. With a focus on interactive and engaging experiences, the Expo will feature exhibitors from a wide range of industries, trade associations, educational institutions and community support organizations.

The City invites exhibitors to showcase their occupation or business and inspire the next generation.  Preference may be given to exhibitors offering interactive elements such as simulations, demonstrations, hands-on activities and tools of the trade. Employers with youth employment or summer job opportunities are especially encouraged to participate.

“The Youth Career Discovery Expo offers an incredible chance for local youth to explore education and career pathways and connect with potential employers. We invite local businesses and organizations to participate as exhibitors and contribute to making this event a meaningful success for our youth," said City of Grande Prairie Mayor Jackie Clayton.
