The public is advised the advanced green turning light on 100 Avenue to turn south onto 116 Street (near Costco) is currently non-operational due to damage to the median traffic pole.

The damage was caused by a multi-vehicle accident. At this time, the use of alternate routes is encouraged for those wishing to turn south onto 116 Street from 100 Avenue.

Transportation Services crews have assessed the damage and will begin repairs to temporarily reinstate the advance green turning light. The light will remain non-operational until temporary repairs are complete. It is expected the temporary repairs will be complete on the evening of Saturday, September 1.

Further repairs will be required at a future date as there has been damage to the base structure or the median traffic pole.
