Revolution Place is gearing up for another fast-paced, jam-packed calendar of events in 2020.

With several new initiatives underway, the target is set high for another year of record-breaking ticket sales. Announcements for 2020 so far include PAW Patrol LIVE!, Theory of a Deadman, Black Label Society, Gord Bamford and Brad Paisley- with much more on the way.

“The fuel has really been ignited this year so we are looking forward to what the next year has in store, and continuing to move the needle for events and entertainment in Grande Prairie,” says Catherine Hollingworth, Interim Revolution Place General Manager.

“Having such a young and vibrant community with a diversity of tastes and interests allows us to expand and innovate the events we are able to bring in, and we are so thankful for the ongoing community support to make these successes possible. Promoters and agents are seeing the dollars spent on entertainment in our region and taking notice.”

In 2019, Revolution Place hosted over 65 events and sold 40,530 tickets. Highlights include Dallas Smith and Dean Brody, Rock the Rink with Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, Kinky Boots and the Northern Rhythm Music and Arts Festival.

The City of Grande Prairie is proud of the great success of the Revolution Place facility and team. We look forward to continuing to draw world-class entertainers and regional visitors to Grande Prairie for another great year in 2020 and many years to come.
