This waiver is to be utilized when a building permit is being applied for in a subdivision Aquatera Utilities Inc. has not completed a Hydrant Flow Test. Without this test being complete, The City is unable to guarantee adequate fire response. Inspection Services on behalf of The City of Grande Prairie may issue a building permit only after the acceptance of all liability by the Building Contractor in the event of a fire. The City takes no responsibility for your loss in damages, material and/or time in the event of a fire either on OR near your construction site, regardless of the cause, whether it be construction-related, vandalism or an act of God.

There are no fees associated with the use of this waiver.
