Use this form to appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board before the Appeal Date Expires. A fee of $404.25 (including GST) is required to be paid in full along with the application. After completing the webform, AccessGP (311) will  contact you for a credit card to complete payment. If you prefer, you can mail a cheque payable to “The City of Grande Prairie” or come to City Hall to pay in-person (see cityofgp.com/sdab for more information).

Personal information collected through the Notice of Appeal form is used to administer appeals to the SDAB. This information will be used for processing your appeal and will become part of the public appeal package. This collection is authorized by section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act, SA 2024, c. P-28.5 (“POPA) and the sections 629, 678 and 686 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c M-26 (“MGA”). 

Any personal information provided by you, including contact information, will be treated as confidential, except for your name and comments you may provide. While we prioritize the protection of your personal information, please be aware that, in certain circumstances, your residential address may be disclosed publicly as part of the official records of the appeal and hearing. If you have concerns about the disclosure of your address, please inform us in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns while adhering to legal obligations and public process requirements.

Personal information is disclosed in accordance with the Access to Information Act, SA 2024, c. A-1.4, including to other government bodies or to comply with another enactment, where authorized or required by law.
