Service starts at 5:55 am Monday through Friday, 8:22 am on Saturday and 8:46 am on Sundays.
Service ends at 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, and 6:15 pm on Sunday, dependent on the route.
Transfers are valid for 120 minutes.
Yes. Just scan your transfer as you enter the bus. Transfers are still only valid for 90 minutes after issue.
- Persons showing either Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) National card can ride for free, companion will have to pay the appropriate transit fare.
- Children ages 5 and under ride free when accompanied by a paying adult passenger, to a maximum of 4 children per adult.
Transit drivers will lower the bus, extend the ramp, and lift the seat. You will have to manoeuvre your own chair to the accessible seating area. The Transit driver will then assist in securing the belt and assist you with securing your chair. If you require extra assistance we advise you to travel with a companion
Only small fur-bearing and feathered pets contained in secure, clean, hand-held cages are permitted on the bus. Cages must be small enough to fit on the owner's lap. Passengers must hold on to their cages at all times. The cage should not block the aisle or restrict other passengers. Certified service animals are welcome on transit buses. The driver may refuse a trip if your pet poses a health or safety risk, or if it misbehaves.
Lost something on the bus? Phone 780-538-0300 and provide the date, time, route number and description of the lost article. We will do our best to find any lost articles and help you get your lost property back.
If you find someone else’s property on the bus, please give it to the bus driver. We will do our best to return lost items to their rightful owners.

The Transit Office is located in the City Service Centre at 9505 - 112 Street, which is on Route 3 in the Richmond Industrial Park.
