Our Homeless Initiative works to end homelessness by partnering with community agencies to provide housing supports and move people out of shelters and into homes.

Current initiatives include:

• Outreach program
• Housing focused shelter staff
• Prevention and Shelter Diversion program
• Scattered site housing with intensive case management support
• Congregate site supportive housing (24-hour onsite supports)
• Bi-Annual Point in Time Count
• Annual Connect Day (connecting individuals experiencing homelessness to community supports)
• Annual Memorial Event
