GP Grows: Early Sprouts

Get a head start on the growing season with GP Grows: Early Sprouts, a free seed program designed to make early spring planting easy and accessible for residents of Grande Prairie. Pick up seed packs for starting plants indoors before transplanting outdoors later in the spring.

Date: March 2–13, 2026
Time: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (noon to 6 p.m. on weekends)
Location: Ernie Radbourne Pavilion, Muskoseepi Park
Cost: Free

Event Activities:

• Pick up free, City-provided seed packs for early indoor planting.
• Choose from a variety of seeds including tomatoes, peppers, herbs, flowers and broccoli.

Additional information:
This is an unmanned seed pick-up station with limited quantities available. Please take only what you need so others can participate.
