will be received by the undersigned until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at the office of Purchasing Department, City Hall, 10205-98 Street, mail P.O. Bag 4000, Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Tender document can be obtained from the City of Grande Prairie, Purchasing Department, after Monday, June 10, 2008 upon payment of $100.00 deposit (refundable) in cash, company or corporate cheque payable to the City of Grande Prairie.  Documents are available between the hours of 8:30 a.m./12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m./4:30 p.m.  Deposits will be refunded upon documents being returned in good condition within fourteen (14) days of the tender closing, to the office of the Purchasing Administrator, City of Grande Prairie.

A pre-tender site review will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 1100 A.M. at the place of work, 9904 – 101 Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Tenders must be accompanied by Bid Bond, Certified Cheque or Bank Draft in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price payable to the City of Grande Prairie.  In addition, to ensure consideration of the Tender, each Tender must be accompanied by Consent of Surety as required by the Contract Documents.

The Consent of Surety must be issued by a Surety Company licensed to do business in the Province of Alberta and must have its respective address, or the representative agents in this Province, included on that particular document.

The lowest or any tender will not necessary be accepted.
